How much you can really get

It is non-repayable funding: not a loan, no interest, nothing to give back. It covers part of the spend and the percentage depends on your company size.

Real example

On a €20,000 project

Here is how much you save, and how much you still pay, depending on your company size.

Medium business50%

On top of these percentages come the bonuses: legality rating, women-led or youth-led business, gender equality certification, innovative startup or SME status. One bonus is worth +1%, two or three are worth +2%. If the project involves an accredited aggregator, coverage rises by a further 5%.

What you can fund, and what we can build for you

The call funds projects that introduce at least one advanced digital technology into the company. Put that way it sounds abstract. In practice it means this: something that today costs you time, money or customers, and that can be solved with the right software. Here are the areas we work in every day that fall squarely within those allowed.

Dashboard di un gestionale realizzato da Redergo
01

Artificial intelligence applied to your processes

The problem: Your team spends hours on repetitive tasks, and useful information stays buried in files.

What we build: AI assistants that answer customers, generate documents, summarise cases and suggest the next action. Not a generic chatbot: a system trained on the way you work.

In the call this falls under: Generative AI applied to business processes.

02

Document automation and intelligent document reading

The problem: Invoices, delivery notes, contracts and orders that someone has to read and re-type by hand.

What we build: Systems that read documents, extract the data and load it straight into your management system. We have already built an MVP with OCR and AI for document processing, in record time.

In the call this falls under: AI, NLP and document automation.

03

E-commerce and online sales

The problem: You sell well in person, but online you are stuck or you have a shop that does not convert and does not talk to your warehouse.

What we build: Fast, well-crafted online stores connected to your management system, payments and logistics. For one of our clients, online sales grew 40% in the first quarter after launch.

Heads up: In the call, e-commerce is only eligible if connected to at least one other technology on the list. We already design it that way, typically together with CRM or AI.

04

Custom software, CRM and integrations

The problem: You use five tools that do not talk to each other, plus three Excel sheets only one person understands.

What we build: A single cloud system, built on your real process, that replaces the scattered sheets and connects what you already use.

In the call this falls under: CRM, integrated business process management, big data and analytics.

05

Cloud, security and business continuity

The problem: Your data sits on a server under the desk and nobody knows what happens if it breaks.

What we build: Secure cloud infrastructure, automatic backups, controlled access, systems that stay up even when something goes wrong.

In the call this falls under: Cloud and edge computing, cyber security and business continuity.

06

Blockchain and supply-chain traceability

The problem: You need to prove origin, authenticity or supply-chain steps, and today you do it with documents anyone could recreate.

What we build: Certified traceability systems, tamper-proof document management, asset tokenisation.

In the call this falls under: Blockchain, supply-chain traceability and smart contracts.

Good news on costs

Software, licences and custom development are capital assets: they can cover up to 100% of the project. Consulting and training together, instead, no more than 30%. Translated: the most important part of your investment is fully fundable. We handle balancing the cost items.

Can your business take part?

Two minutes and you have the answer. If you recognise yourself in all these points, we’re in.

  • You are a micro, small or medium business, or a self-employed professional
  • You have an active registered office or local unit in Piedmont, where the project will be carried out
  • You are on the Business Register and up to date with the annual fee for the last three years
  • You are compliant on contributions, workplace safety and catastrophe insurance
  • You have not already received the voucher in the 2023 or 2024 editions of this call
The exclusion that surprises people most

If your company already received the voucher in the 2023 or 2024 editions, it cannot take part this time. But if you only applied and never got the money, you are still in. In doubt, ask us to check: free, ten minutes.

How we work together, from the first call to reporting

We don’t leave you with a quote in hand and good luck. Our job is to make your life simple in all four phases.

01

Discovery call, free

You tell us how you work today and where the machine jams. We tell you, without beating around the bush, whether the call is right for you and which project makes sense to build. Duration: 30 minutes.

02

Project and quote ready for the application

We hand you the technical description of the intervention, the detailed quote and the mapping of the call’s technology areas. It’s the material you need to fill in the application solidly, with cost items already balanced as required.

03

Submitting the application

The application is submitted online on the Unioncamere Piemonte platform. We prepare everything in advance, so on 22 October at 11:00 you are among the first to submit. If you rely on your accountant or a consultant, we work directly with them.

04

Development, delivery and documentation

We deliver the project in six months, with frequent releases and constant updates. Every invoice will carry the CUP and all required references, so reporting runs smoothly and the grant comes through.

A detail worth the whole grant

Costs incurred before submitting the application are not eligible. The project is prepared now, but orders, contracts and payments must start only after submission. It is the mistake that makes most businesses lose the voucher.

Applications

Applications are open

Applications close on 15 December 2026 at 16:00 and are assessed in order of arrival. If your project is ready, submit now: every day counts.

I want to be ready

Why choose Redergo as your project supplier

The grant covers part of the spend. The value, though, depends entirely on what you build. It’s worth choosing well.

01

Since 2019 in Turin

We are an Italian software house based on Via Cavour, a stone’s throw from the centre. We meet in person, when it helps.

02

60+ projects delivered

For over 40 clients in Italy and abroad, across food & beverage, fashion, technology, finance, industry and sport.

03

AI inside the projects, not in the slogan

We were among the first software houses in Italy to integrate artificial intelligence and blockchain into our development process. It’s our daily work, not a line added to the price list.

04

A single point of contact

Design, development, integrations and support: all in-house. No passing the ball between different suppliers when something needs fixing.

05

Releases every sprint

You see the software grow as we build it. No surprises at delivery, no project that disappears for months.

06

We stay after launch

Performance monitoring, updates and improvements. Our average collaboration with clients is measured in years, not in single projects.

Three mistakes that make you lose the grant

They prove competence and create urgency. Often the most-read part of the page: read them before you spend a single euro.

01

Signing or paying before you’ve submitted the application

Costs incurred before submission are not eligible. No exceptions. First you submit, then you order.

02

Arriving at the window without the project ready

Applications are assessed in chronological order and the window can be suspended if requests exceed 120% of the funds. Whoever is still asking for quotes on 22 October at 11:00 is already in line behind hundreds of businesses.

03

Building a project that doesn’t fall within the eligible areas

A showcase website alone is not enough. An e-commerce alone isn’t either: it must be connected to at least one other technology on the list. Purchases under 500 euros, smartphones, used goods and leasing also stay out. Designing the intervention with someone who knows the list makes the difference between a grant collected and an application rejected.

Applications open on 22 October 2026

The grant goes to whoever arrives ready

Funds run out first-come, first-served. The project is prepared now, not on the day the window opens. Let’s talk: the first consultation is free.

The window opens Thursday 22 October 2026 at 11:00 and closes Tuesday 15 December 2026 at 16:00. Applications are assessed in chronological order of submission and the window can be suspended early if requests exceed 120% of the budget.

It covers 65% of costs for micro businesses, 60% for small and 50% for medium, up to a maximum of €25,000. The percentage rises with subjective bonuses (up to +2%) and with the involvement of an accredited aggregator (+5%). The minimum grant is €4,000 for micro businesses and €5,000 for the others.

No. It is non-repayable funding granted under the de minimis regime. It is not a loan and there is no interest.

Micro, small and medium businesses and self-employed professionals with a registered office or operating local unit in Piedmont, compliant with the requirements of the call. Businesses that already received the voucher in the 2023 and 2024 editions are excluded.

No. Costs incurred before the submission date are not eligible. The project is prepared beforehand, but orders, contracts and payments must come after the application is submitted.

Capital goods and services, including software and licences, consulting services and training services, provided they serve the digital intervention. Consulting and training together cannot exceed 30% of the total. VAT, smartphones, used or leased goods, goods under €500 unit value, internal staff and general expenses are excluded.

Six months from the date the grant is awarded. A single extension is allowed, justified and only for unforeseen situations.

Yes, but only if connected to at least one other eligible technology. An online store integrated with a CRM, an automation system or AI solutions fully qualifies. An isolated e-commerce does not. We design the intervention in this form from the start.

On the online platform of Unioncamere Piemonte, which manages the call on behalf of the Region. The procedure is fully digital.

We prepare all the technical and financial material you need: project description, detailed quote, mapping of technology areas, cost items already balanced according to the call’s rules. The application must be submitted by the business, and we’re glad to work alongside your accountant or consultant.

Nothing. The first call is free and with no obligation, even just to understand whether you qualify as a beneficiary.

The grant is awarded under the de minimis regime: it adds up with other de minimis aid received in the last three financial years within the applicable ceiling, but it cannot be combined with other public subsidies on the exact same costs. If in doubt, we check your position together before you submit.

The procedure is first-come, first-served in chronological order: if the funds run out before your application, it is not funded and you bear no cost just for applying. That is why the project must be prepared beforehand and submitted the moment the window opens. If you miss out, we get you ready for the next edition.
It takes 30 minutes

Thirty minutes on the phone or a video call. You tell us how you work today, we tell you what can be funded and how much you’d have left to pay yourself. If the call isn’t right for you, we’ll tell you straight away, no runaround.
