For Teddies, we designed and built Scuba - a gamification platform that transforms NFT ownership into an interactive on-chain experience. Users access personalized profiles, unlock progression badges, accumulate points, and climb competitive leaderboards to earn exclusive rewards. The system turned a standard Solana collection into an active engagement ecosystem where holding an NFT means participating in a living, evolving community.

Customer Information
Teddies is an NFT collection built on the Solana blockchain, featuring adorable, unique Teddy Bears, each with customized accessories and outfits. The project's goal is to create engaging digital experiences for collectors, allowing them to unlock badges, earn rewards, and participate in exclusive events through an advanced gamification system.
How We Built It
Technologies Used
We wrote custom smart contracts on Solana to manage staking and rewards in a fully decentralized way. The core challenge was designing a fair gamification engine: we implemented balanced probability algorithms ensuring equitable reward distribution regardless of how many NFTs a user holds. The front-end was crafted with progression animations, real-time counters, and dynamic dashboards to make every interaction visually rewarding.
